Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We offer returns and refunds only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.

• The product was damaged upon delivery.

• The product is expired.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.

• The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products with broken seals or signs of misuse are not eligible.

2. Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.

3. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 24 hours if the issue is verified. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
